All appointments may be booked in the salon, via phone, or via email (t&c apply via email). Credit card details may be required at time of booking particularly for packages exceeding 1hour to guarantee your appointment. Please mention if you are redeeming a gift voucher.
Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration for all our guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 48hr notice is required for bookings of 1hr and over made on Saturdays. Cancellation or rescheduling within this time will result in a 50% fee being charged. “No Show” appointments are charged at 100% of treatments booked.

Arrival Time
For general maintenance services including waxing please arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time. For all packages exceeding 1 hour or if you a ‘New Client’ and to maximise your experience please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to relax and complete your consultation form.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled.

Public Holidays
The salon is open on some Public Holidays, and opening dates are announced in house and via the website. For all appointments booked on a public holiday a minimum of 24 hours notice on cancellations or rescheduling is required and 100% cancellation fee will apply for failure to do so or to no show appointments.

Attire & Hygiene
Your comfort is our priority; relaxation is best achieved by wearing comfortable clothing. A robe, towels, disposable under are provided when necessary for treatments & packages. We observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available for use against any treatment offered on the treatment menu. Gift vouchers are personalised and may be presented by specific treatments or by monetary amount. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for product purchases and MUST be presented at the time of treatment. Vouchers valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Simply phone, or email us with your order, along with your credit card details and most importantly your contact details. Products and Gift voucher will sent with in 24hours or next working day. Express Post and Interstate post options are available please contact us directly for these options. Please note: Ordering Gift Vouchers via email please allow up to 48hours for processing.
Special Health Considerations
Please inform your therapist if you are currently under care of a medical practitioner, are experiencing high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant, current medications taken, or have health conditions that we should be aware. All of the above should consulted with you Doctor prior to seeking beauty and spa services.
Refund Policy
All treatments and packages once paid are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
